And, I found some information about WindowsBlinds software in this forum. This is good soft or bad? WindowsBlinds is paid, it's best to use the standard Classic Theme.

For some reason when I apply the default sound scheme on windows 10, they weren't playing/they're missing. I don't know how to solve this since I reseted my PC and nothing worked, plus this is the first time I've encountered this type of issue.

Simple classic skin doesn't work on my Windows 10 20H2, why? "doesn't work" in which way? Crashes? Freezes when you enable classic theme?

It's all so complicated. Not everyone is enthusiastic. And on such a large forum there is not even a simple document describing actions and links. It should be a shame somehow.

Open Explorer and go to the following path: "%windir%\Media" and tell us whether there are still .wav files. It might be that you messed up your sound scheme, which can be configured by right-clicking the volume icon in the tray are and then clicking "Sounds".

There are .wav files in the media folder, it's just that the sound scheme itself doesn't have sounds included

You could just manually set the sounds again, it's not that complicated.

Do you have theme for UltraUXThemePatcher? Classic theme doesn't need UltraUXThemePatcher, unless you meant something else I didn't know/understand.

Odd, I've installed Classicthemetray in a fresh Windows 10 VM and it worked straight away. Are you sure you clicked on the icon in the taskbar to switch over to classic theme?

SCT is a piece of garbage that does absolutely nothing except permanently prevent ClassicShell/Openshell from ever working, even if you uninstall SCT.

100% true. It keeps enabling Classic Theme on my pc perfectly fine every single day. Uninstalling SCT doesn't uninstall Open-Shell? Truly a piece of garbage. The dev is a very bad dev, don't use his tools.

Hi,
Is there any way to get Win 7 sound recorder, the games, old BSOD, the boot screen that says "Starting Windows", old UAC prompt, the Classic Display Settings, the logon screen with Windows 7 xxx brand, UA pictures, the bootloader, the classic "Open With" dialog box, the network flyout, volume flyout, icons, wallpapers, and the Win 7 "Please Wait" message when you apply a theme, and the network icons, and Basic theme, and others.
Thanks

Thanks Sound recorder I think you can copy from a VM, make sure you copy the corresponding locale file as well or it won't work Old UAC prompt can be restored in 1607 and older ONLY (Does NOT work in 1703+) using a registry tweak: www.windowscentral.com/how-bring-back-old-user-account-control-prompt-windows-10Classic Games: winaero.com/get-windows-7-games-for-windows-10/Volume Flyout: www.howtogeek.com/323371/how-to-get-the-old-volume-control-back-on-windows-10/Icons: www.winclassic.net/thread/866/full-windows-conversion-kit-1909Basic Theme (Aero wizards and programs that use an extended titlebar will not work): www.winclassic.net/thread/543/using-basic-theme-killing-dwmUA pictures you can copy from a VM, and same with wallpapers. I've gotten Classic Display (8.1 version) to function on 1607 by copying the file and locale into system32 and running "explorer.exe shell::{*Insert Display CLSID Here*}\Settings". I am unsure if it works in newer versions. Others: Calculator: winaero.com/get-calculator-from-windows-8-and-windows-7-in-windows-10/Battery and Clock (Clock functions with StartIsBack++, a paid program, ONLY unless if you are on 1511 and older): www.howtogeek.com/257525/how-to-restore-the-old-clock-calendar-and-battery-on-the-windows-10-taskbar/ There have been attempts to get the Old "Open With" dialog, but it hasn't gone anywhere: www.winclassic.net/thread/295/open-dialog-win7Theme (just use the 1607 ones if you are on a higher version): www.deviantart.com/sagorpirbd/art/Aero-7-Themes-for-Win10-Final-52397994Start Menu: github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-MenuEverything else is pretty much impossible, though I have omitted some things like control panel modifications.
