I am trying to install vmware tools on a longhorn build 4020 virtual machine and it just gives an error saying: "Setup was unable to upgrade the windows installer." If it’s a beta, you need to manually install VMware tools |

Is there a way to get the server ctrl alt break cmd login to windows 24 h2 non server variants? Yes, you need to rename Windows.UI.Logon.dll present in System32. Not working. It leads to a console login but you cant login tough. Just showing _. And dwm is open. |

Afterwards, maybe you use another method than the password, the console login screen only supports the password. |

Renaming Logon UI no longer works. You need to rename windows.ui.logon.dll, not logonui. Make sure that you renamed the right file. |

Nomoredwm works on 23h2 at least and it forces console login

Hey all, I am relatively new to this whole scheme and was wondering if there was any way to make things like your file explorer and control panel look like the ones windows xp uses. I had a quick flick through some sections and just couldn't find anything so help would be appreciated!

Hey how do I get the r3dfox browser to work on Windows Vista SP2 they say its a browser for Vista I can't install VC++ Runtime 2015-2022 because it is only compatible with Windows 7 would anyone know how to get the DLL Files of the VC++ Runtime to make that browser work?

Hi! Does anyone know where I can find a Windows Developer Preview theme for Windows 10 as well as a accurate Windows 7 Dark Mode theme. Most "Windows 7 Dark themes" are either for just for Windows 7 itself, they only include the min, max, and close buttons, or they just dont work at all.
