Note: This has not been fully tested, nor has it been tested on a system with UAC enabled or on a standard user. Proceed at your own risk. Go to C:\Windows\System32 Rename aclui.dll to aclui_.dll (as backup) Copy XP's aclui.dll (must be x64 if you are on a x64 system!) to C:\Windows\System32

You can do the same thing with Windows 7's version, just use aclui.dll (and it's mui) from Windows 7

You can do the same thing with Windows 7's version, just use aclui.dll (and it's mui) from Windows 7 I tested this on W10 1903. In my case, the registry editor breaks every time you try to open it.

Where are the download files? Nowhere. Grab them from a CD or ISO.
Also I don't recommend this if you use UAC. Use Vista/7's aclui (grab it's mui too!)
