Custom settings to performance options applet

I managed to add custom commands in the performance options control panel applet (thanks to TechSalt for the Explorer options example).
Here is a REG file that adds the missing UserPreferencesMask options (including the infamous bit 17).
Update: I had forgotten to add some parameters in the REG file. Here is a new version:
