This thread is to discuss Windows Search replacements.
I have recently stumped upon the program Agent Ransack. It works very well, very fast, feature-rich, integrates with Explorer's context menu and does not require indexing. The only disadvantage for me is absence of Russian language, but French, German and some other languages are supported.
