The old Unplug or Eject Hardware dialog is still present in Windows, here are two ways to access it: 1. Run the following command: C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll 2. Rename hotplug.dll and its .mui to hotplug.cpl and hotplug.cpl.mui and place them into System32, it will show as a Control Panel entry then Side-note about the control panel trick: Windows 10 version 1511 and below had a proper icon for it that wasn't white icon on a white background

2. Rename hotplug.dll and its .mui to hotplug.cpl and hotplug.cpl.mui and place them into System32, it will show as a Control Panel entry then What if your system does not have the "hotplug.mui" file? Edit (Nov. 7, 2022 at 7:32 PM): I don't really see the item on the Control Panel. Did I do something wrong? Edit (Nov. 7, 2022 at 7:48 PM): I see it now, but (1) it has no name and (2) it does not run the program associated with it.
