Theme: Classic Theme on Windows 10 LTSC host and micaforeveryone with a custom theme on 11 host
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with 4 Cores

If you remember active desktop you might remember the web tab this can be restored in 10 NOTE: You must have techsalts desk.cpl port in your 10 Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop set both keys to 0 Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer set noactivedesktop and noactivedesktopchanges to 0 now open desk.cpl click customize you should have the web tab Attachments:

I don't really know only way to find out is by tracking down the way windows 2000 calls it
