Any ways to get the W95 right panel for XFCE4?

The XFCE4 Chicago95 theme is really cool in trying to get those retro Win95 feelings and is the most realistic I've ever seen (so far personally at least). But the right panel isn't really realistic.
Up here is the Chicago95 style right panel. It's still nice don't get me wrong.
But I want get a more realistic right panel/system tray panel than the first image and want to be able to achieve this (the second image)
Can anyone tell me how I can achieve the more realistic Windows 95 right panel/system tray where the system tray icons are within the clock frame? I don't know how to do CSS and have a very limited knowledge when it comes to editing certain parts of GTK themes.
Any help would be appreciated!
