Thanks a lot ! I knew the "flat" scheme from a video by Jevil7452. Microsoft had already invented flat design in 1995. Today's designers didn't invent anything. Do you think you have collected all the Windows 95 pre-release color schemes ? |

It's not really flat, maybe just a little bit less "3D"... However, MS Bookshelf has a rather flat GUI, even though it was released at a time when "3D" was rather popular.

Ah ok. I found it. The black and white flat theme. Ugly as ugly can be, in my opinion. Probably as ugly as the new flat style that Windows 10 comes with.
I came up with this "Windows 10" theme a few years ago. Also ugly but different.

I came up with this "Windows 10" theme a few years ago. Also ugly but different.
I didn't say it was beautiful, I said it looked like. If I was a fan of flat design, I wouldn't be on this forum  . I much prefer to have the feeling of the click with the mouse. I think this theme was created to look like MacOS at the time (which was flat white). Much like the "candy" visual style found in the Windows XP source code. |
