Theme: Classic Theme, using custom userinit batch file / Ice2K.sys
CPU: Intel CORE i3
RAM: 4 GB
GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620

To get XP's hardware wizards like:

1. Hardware Update Wizard

2. Add Hardware Wizard

3. Possibly more

Copy the following files from XP x64 (x86 if installation is 32 bit)

devmgr.dll

newdev.dll

hdwwiz.cpl

Change their permissions in your host, then replace them (rename them in case you want to backup) with the files from XP x64. No hexediting needed.

You can't open Add Hardware Wizard from Device Manager, tho you can open hdwwiz.exe to open it
