I tried SecureUxThemePatcher and it doesn't work at all. I tried mhoefs UltraUXTheme and it works BUT when using OldNewExplorer it causes explorer and explorer frames to not work. Any suggested theme patchers that work on this version with OldNewExplorer or how to remedy the problem

This is very strange. I think maybe it's rather a badly written custom visual style that's the problem with Explorer. |
