Hello, I've managed to restore the Location Settings control panel, which was from Windows 8.1, into Windows 10 
NOTE: At the moment it doesn't work to actually change settings, it's only for show
Import the .regs with TrustedInstaller privileges if they fail to import normally

Jevil7452 Congratulations on this discovery! I do however get a file association error when launching the applet from the control panel. And from Explorer, nothing happens when I click on the shortcut.

go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{E9950154-C418-419e-A90A-20C5287AE24B} then create a key called Shell
Then in that shell key, create another key called Open
then in that open key, create another key called Command
then put explorer.exe shell:::{e9950154-c418-419e-a90a-20c5287ae24b} as the Default value.
I know its a goofy fix but works ig.

Hello, I've managed to restore the Location Settings control panel, which was from Windows 8.1, into Windows 10, and Server 2022 Is there any chance you could please re-upload this? I'm going over R.O.B.'s UFILE Control Panel fixes on my install rn, and I just noticed this is missing from W10. Cheers. |

EDIT: It was showing up as just two unresponsive buttons on a white page - turns out, even though I use En-GB, it requires the files to be in EN-US, which solved the issue for me. Thak you again.  |
