After removing WindowBlinds, I was left with some very bland Window elements based off Windows 7 Aero. Decided to fix those up because I couldn't find any premade files online which fit this particular bill. This replaces the rocker buttons, the refresh/stop buttins, the search button (if being used, I have it disabled), and some other individual elements. Some of the files I used were originally distributed by R.O.B.
Here's a preview;
This only works with Windows 10 1903+ due to the way 1809 and below handle explorerframe. I believe there have already been compiled DLL files released for 1809 and below, but I do not care to link them because I did not create them.
To use the file (at your own risk) it must be placed in C:\Windows\SystemResources, after the original explorerframe.dll.mun has been backed up. You may have to take ownership of the native explorerframe.dll.mun before making any changes to it, you may have to take ownership of the entire SystemResources folder. Windows is finicky like that. The replacement will have to be done through a third party file explorer application, as you CANNOT replace explorerframe.dll.mun from within explorer (seeing as explorer requires it to be present to run in the first place).
