I've been searching for a browser compatible with the WB windows borders! I've got a XP theme I quite like and I can't get the look exact without the help of WB, however the problem is most browsers either break the windows borders ala Pale moon, or don't even attempt to enable them at all like modern Firefox and any Chrome browser

Firefox and Chrome are the only two browsers compatible with WindowBlinds. For both, you have to enable them in WindowBlinds' advanced settings tab, and for firefox specifically you have to enable "draw native titlebars" option within firefox itself. Unfortunately I think that's all there is.

I've learned that this is indeed possible, and it's what I use now

Vivaldi is actually what I used for a while with WindowBlinds. Technically though, it wasn't compatible with WindowBlinds, I was using a broken combination of WindowBlinds and actual Windows classic theme. Some apps took WindowBlinds just fine with SemoB's classic theme for it. Vivaldi at the time did not, and instead ran on Windows Classic theme. I don't know why I didn't mention it in my last post. Somewhere in these forums is a screenshot of how I had Vivaldi configured.
