Achieving vista look in Windows 10 22H2

Hi everyone! 
I just learned about this forum and it's a gold mine. Thought I was the only one in the world who liked to customize windows!
Anyway, here's my progress in theme-ing Windows 10 22H2 to look like vista (yes, vista 
)

I use open-shell, with a skin called 'VistaLike'. For the windows I use WindowBlinds (though the blur on the windows is too opaque, so I disabled it so it looks more accurate to vista), and for the icons and cursor I used a tool from skinpacks.com . As for the sounds, I did it manually, it didnt take a very long time, though finding a way to automate this would be nice.
Not minding the login screen (which actually looks pretty good with blur disabled and the default vista login background) there's, as you can see, still some imperfections. The bottom right taskbar buttons still look like the windows 10, and also the tray cannot collapse anymore since the 22H1 update (I have no idea what happened, it works on the other computers).
Another little issue is that the taskbar is black. From what I remember, the aero taskbar was a little on the greener side, altho this might just be my aging monitor failing to display colours accurately.
And last thing is that dreadful settings app. I really dont like it, it's just a mix between this and control panel and it just makes things more complicated. I'm looking for a way to bring back control panel for most options (mainly Personalize, Display, and System Info). This has been achieved in a Windows 10 mod called "Windows10to7".
