This is the Paint program of Windows 7 build 6519. The only difference is that it has a ruler. 6568 also includes an updated Paint program with Windows 7 brushes/shapes and the old UI, but it seems to rely on Bluepill components to be present to get them to show up, so I'm only sending 6519 paint for now. (If you do not like ribbon, you can turn it off via the View menu)

The version of Windows 7 build 6519 does not contain a ribbon when I open it.
Thank you for this version, the old paints are particularly fast. And the quality of the images is still very good, probably greasy with a very well written old code to be kept afterwards. A bit like VirtualDub with videos and even audio (it's a software that handles videos extremely well).
