I've fiddled around with accent colors but I can't get it working.

Noir10 has been updated, there is no longer a need in using 2 msstyle files. The theme will now correspond what the user's font rendering settings are, even with ClearType Tune settings. If you want this convenient update on other themes based on LUNA10, use this RES file on the msstyle using Resource Hacker.
