I'm looking for an XP Start Menu that looks like a real XP Start Menu. I'm trying to find it because it's hard to find.

Open Shell start menu.
Example:
Where should I get the search from? How did you change the logoff and shutdown icons? Could you possibly get rid of the shutdown option?

The Exit command on the Main Menu is Log Off.

Literally change the Shutdown command to Log Off. Also why do you always have that specific wallpaper

Looks nice! But I recommend changing "Programs pane width" in Main Menu to 36 to get rid of stretch "Administrator" user image and turning off jumplists.
