Closing theme section using WindHawk

This is a very useful discussion with feedback from WindHawk creator which moves us closer to creating a WindHawk mod that would switch on the Classic theme instead of shamanism with the Task Scheduler.

Basically, he tells how to make a mod that runs only once at startup.

Unfortunately, I do not know C++, but it is definitely possible to make such a mod for the WindHawk store. He gave a link to a similar code.
