It might be cool if you could post your modified version.
I wonder if it's possible to edit the application's assembly to remove the extra excerpts of information (bandwidth stuff and the graph) so that it matches more closely.

The application just gave bunch of .NET errors and then crashed.

I wish we can have a proper Windows 7-like replacement for the Wireless Networks flyout. PE Network Manager doesn't look good at all, not even under some basic theme setup.

So I replaced VAN.dll and VAN.MUI + the cpl with its Vista Counterparts and ran the run32 command, and I didn't get an error like I did with Window 7s + 8s. (But I didn't use their CPLs, though I doubt itd make a difference lol), Still though, the flyout doesn't work. I made sure in registry it was set to window 8's flyout, aswell as explorerpatcher. I ran the command "Rundll32.exe van.dll,RunVAN" a few times just to be sure. Nothing happens, so im not sure, thinking about trying to edit PE Networks icons to look like Windows 7's atleast.

I took the SysWow VAN.dll from Vista and managed to make it into an executable file, it shows up as "View Avalible Networks.exe" and just opens a command prompt lol Attachments:Van.exe (251 KB)
