I found a way to make address bar in explorer accurate to XP one
BUT:
1) This bar is absolutely useless
1) This bar is absolutely useless
2) It changes to the previous one after opening a new explorer window
(To return it, you need to follow step 4 from the tutorial below each time
And most likely this is my fail because I can't say for sure that I really found where toolbar cache is stored)

3) Can't find a way to enable Go button (but I sure that it possible)
I think that all these points make the tutorial below senseless, but i create this thread because I hope someone can solve at least one of the issues
1) Obtain/rename the following files from Windows XP (this has been tested with the files from XP x64 Edition, but the 32-bit versions would presumably work just as well):
browseui.dll - rename to xpbrowse.dll
shdocvw.dll - rename to xpdocvw.dll
shlwapi.dll - rename to xpswapi.dll
url.dll - rename to xpu.dll
urlmon.dll - rename to xpurlm.dll
shdoclc.dll (no need to rename this one)
2) Open each file in a hex editor, and replace any instance of the other files with the renamed versions. For example, in browseui.dll/xpbrowse.dll, replace any instance of "shdocvw" with "xpdocvw"
3) Copy the files to system32

And this by TechSalt (also if you haven't done it before)
To enable it, go to the following registry ley:
Right click the menu bar and click Address.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
And add a REG_Binary value named:{01E04581-4EEE-11d0-BFE9-00AA005B4383}
When added, open a new explorer window.Right click the menu bar and click Address.
2) Place the browselc.dll file (also from Windows XP) in your system32
3) Import the attached registry file
4) Remove {01E04581-4EEE-11D0-BFE9-00AA005B4383} key from \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\ShellBrowser and restart explorer.exe
