Win10 1507 Classic context menu issue

How does one get the classic context menu on windows 10 1507?
Ive tried doing it from the registry where i put DWORD ImmersiveContextMenu with 0 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\FlightedFeatures and nothing happens
Ive tried doing it from winaero(ik its the same thing as the registry but wut if sort of thing) but nothing changed even after a reboot
Ive tried the start is back method by going to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\StartIsBack and putting DWORD ImmersiveMenus to 0 and still that did nothing
Ive also tried Explorer patcher but kept getting this error
I think its because win10 1507 is too old although i cannot pinpoint if thats the case
Im pretty sure there should be a way to disable it as its possible in any other later version of win 10
