Let me guess, you're on 112, right? From what I understand, the -moz-image-region property has been deprecated, and a lot of older css themes put all the toolbar icons into a single file and used that property to only show the correct part of the image. I have been led to believe that there are two possible solutions, both of which involve editing the CSS of the theme file. Option one, I am told, would be to make all the buttons use it as a background-image and then set each buttons background-size and background-position such that it only shows the part of the image you want. The other solution would be to split the buttons into separate images and point the CSS at these separate files. I am not very good at this sort of stuff, so you're on your own in this regard.
Best of luck in this endeavor. I just ended up using a different theme.

That's a bummer. I hope there will be new classic Internet Explorer for Firefox
