Firstly, I want to note this theme was not created by me. It was created by PastelKawaiiPinky (she seems to not use this account anymore). I'm only reuploading it, as her DeviantArt account was deleted

Windows 10 1809+ msstyle with fixed explorer navbar background (replace original msstyles): files.catbox.moe/q7guhy.msstyles (rename to aero5112.msstyles)

Icon pack (download all 3 files then extract .001):

files.catbox.moe/u7tpwr.001 (rename to 5112IMAGERES.7z.001)

files.catbox.moe/vqdaf7.002 (rename to 5112IMAGERES.7z.002)

files.catbox.moe/tgvw02.003 (rename to 5112IMAGERES.7z.003)

Notes:
The Windows 10 theme seems to include partial StartIsBack++ support (that is, taskbar is skinned but not start menu)

The theme would probably work best with BasicThemer2

You NEED to put the 5112res.dll file provided into System32 and Syswow64, otherwise the left pane will disappear from Control Panel

From what it seems from the image you posted, it's just typical Windows 11 shittiness regarding borders.
