With my new program, you can restore the behavior of Windows 7 where ending dwm.exe twice causes it to stop trying to restart and you can use Windows with DWM off.
You can not click on any Metro UI or get a notification, or then it will crash.
You should set it as a scheduled task and run on the SYSTEM account
