Oh my god thats amazing! Could use a bit of work though like some shell32.dll.mui modifications to change the build string to "Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1)", the tray icons and replacing the Segoe UI fonts with their 7 counterparts but other than that its really close!
