Is there are working program to do it in win 10 22h2 You can use this program for DWM window frames : github.com/valinet/WinCenterTitleFor the basic theme, you must modify the visual style directly (in msstyleeditor, window section). For the classic theme, unfortunately I don't know of any tools to do this, which doesn't mean it's impossible. |

WinCenterTitle is quite difficult to install. For MsstyleEditor, I need to look more closely. |
