Guys I found a video on YouTube of how to restore the Windows 8.1 Metro apps to Windows 11
Cons:The apps are only in english,some of the 8.1 apps counterparts are missing (like calculator)

Pros:They work fine,they can be in window mode or fullscreen mode

I get an error when installing, like "a package with the same name is already installed". I tried to edit the packages ( stackoverflow.com/questions/32141657/modify-package-identity-in-appx-manifest-after-build ), but I can't re-certify the package I recompiled.

That's a shame. The repackaging idea is good, but it can be done better. In particular by including more applications, by giving the method to do so (in order to allow applications to be in their language) and by modifying the names to allow not having to delete the original applications (from Windows 10 or 11).
