Discussion is simple: What is your favorite variation of the classic theme post 2000! As someone who grew up with XP, I never recall Luna causing any issues, however there were more than a few times I actually fell back to the Windows 7 classic theme when my aging desktop started to struggle running my favorite games.

I would say Plex 1 (Longhorn Build 3718). And also Candy (which is the fallback version of the visual style discovered in the Windows XP source code). Here is what the "Candy" style gives :  |

After XP there is only one fallback theme.

After XP there is only one fallback theme. Not if you count pre-release versions of Windows Vista. And even from Vista, there are some differences between the versions. |
