Can you change the bar to the classic style without Winblind

I'm wanting to change the percent bar used in stuff such as moving files, and the bar that shows how much space is used up on your computer to the look used in Windows 95/98/ME/2000. I'd rather not get WindowBlinds, as I already have the rest of the Classic look setup, I'm wanting to keep my computer speed good, and I'm not wanting to pay money just to be able to use a skin that I just want to change the bar listed in the attachments. Is there a way that I can change that?
