IIRC the Battery icon Mobility Center uses is stored in batmeter.dll

I used this as a kind of action center (like a kind of win32 version) back when I used 10 for a few days.

Thanks so much, it worked. By the way, thank you for all your work on classic theme, your tutorial is the only one that works on my newer version of Windows 10 and it's the only one that works without breaking, crashing, etc. Do you have any idea how I might fix my taskbar as I stated here under Edit 2? winclassic.net/post/13799/thread |

I don't have it in control panel, not in the start menu, not in this right-click pseudo start menu.
BUT it exists.
It can be opened by typing mblctr.exe in a run dialog box.
