I am trying to change the Sound tray icon. I'm using CustomizerGod. However, whenever I open SndVolSSO.dll.mun, it only shows the white icons, which appear when using dark mode in Windows. There aren't any black versions of the icons, and since I have to use the light mode in Personalize -> Colors in order for it look right with classic theme, the icon only changes when I set it to dark theme. How do I access the Sound .dll file for light theme? Is there a separate file or folder for light mode icons?

You can probably just invert the colours of the icons yourself and then put the inverted icons into the DLL as a workaround.

Just so there is no misunderstanding, there is no way to change the sound icon while on light mode? I have the system set to light mode, and when I change the sound icon it doesn't change in the tray. If I set the system to dark mode, then the new sound icon appears.

I found a workaround for the issue. When using Classic, your system theme (in Personalization -> Colors) needs to be set to light mode for compatibility. This is because using dark mode will mess with the taskbar and other windows. Dark mode Light mode
SndVolSSO.dll.mui only has the files for the white (dark mode) version of the icon. When you try to change the Volume icon, it will only apply if you set your system theme to dark. As mentioned previously, I needed my system in light mode for classic theming functionality.
Replaced volume icon while on light mode: Even if you set it like this and restart your computer, you will not have a volume icon at all once the system restarts and you have to switch back to light mode in order to make it appear again. Once it does, it will just look like the above screenshot again.
The workaround for the issue is simple. Just go back to Color settings and make it like so: "Choose your color Custom Choose your default Windows mode Dark Choose your default app mode Light" The result: Note: This will only work if you have TaskBowFree installed and running. If you try to do this workaround without it, your taskbar will look like this: If anyone might know where the light theme (dark volume icons) .dll are located (if they even exist), let me know, so this workaround won't be necessary anymore.
