Hey everyone, I'm not sure if this is the correct board to post this in, but I was kind of frustrated that there hasn't been a lot of 7TSP icon packs, especially when it comes to reskinning modern versions of Windows, such as Windows 10 into something older like Windows 7. While there has been a 7 pack, I didn't find any for XP, Vista and 8.0, so I decided to make my own! They were made for Windows 10 versions from 1507 to 1809, I have no idea if it will work for anything past 1809 as the DLLs no longer contain icons and were moved to a folder as DLL.MUIs files. I think it should still work on stuff like Windows 8.X, or even 7, but use it at your own risk if you decide to use it on those versions!
As an added bonus, I decided to fix the version string on Ibradude's Windows 7 7TSP pack, because the copyright year is completely wrong... (It should have been 2009, instead of 2007 and the word "Copyright" in front of the year were missing, which makes Winver and the System page of Control Panel finally accurate.) Full credits go to Ibradude, sagorpirbd, and MR. GRiM for the original 7TSP pack.
If there's anything that does not look right, feel free to reply to this thread, especially with version strings, which might be inaccurate as I've only tested the packs on my Windows LTSC 2019 machine. Thanks for the packs! There is one issue though, the thumbnail frames in Vista 7TSP are broken for some reason, and I don't really know how to revert them without removing the whole pack. Attachments:

Nevermind, I found the icon group in imageres.dll responsible for it and replaced. Vista frames just don't work correctly for some reason.

The 7 icon pack didn't restore shell32 icons. Tried on 2021 LTSC. Maybe it was made for 1507-1809 Edit: Yeah, the 7 icon pack is made for 1507-1809, as I didn't see any MUNs patched. If you want one for 1903+ but doesn't have the Winver copyright fix, go here: winclassic.net/post/6961

I might update the packs to include it as an optional file patch if I get motivation to do so, lol. I'll also mark regedit as optional as well because of how it breaks the 64-bit Registry Editor.

Shell32 icons appear on Explorer's Win7-like command bar, and you don't need to disable driver signature enforcement on every boot if you modify shell32's resources on 1903+ anyways, in that version they moved the DLL's resources to a MUN that has a signature that doesn't cause Windows to crash if it's broken from what I know. That's why packs made for 1903+ modify shell32 resources

Also when you're making a new version of the Vista icon pack, be sure to fix the problems discussed in this DevaintArt comment here if you can:

Do you happen to know which builds had the unfinished libraries icons? Thanks for reminding me to reply to this guy, I was forgetting to do so lol.

Hey im getting an odd issue with the xp patch after trying to rebuild my icon cache for a separate thing, now my folder icons display like this for whatever reason. reapplying the patch does not fix it, and even some folders have the win95 folder layered behind it. any knowledge on why this is happening? Use small icons on the desktop. That icon is from XP's Preview icon setting.
