Hello, recently I installed Windows 10 build 1803, and I found out that the "Languages" Control Panel still exists. Though, it's being hidden by something. But it's possible to restore it. 1. Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{BF782CC9-5A52-4A17-806C-2A894FFEEAC5} 2. Export the registry key 3. Edit the .reg file with "Notepad", and replace all occurences of "BF782CC9-5A52-4A17-806C-2A894FFEEAC5" with another CLSID. You can use either Microsoft's GuidGen, or use an online tool like guidgenerator.com/online-guid-generator.aspx (Be sure to verify the CLSID doesn't already exist) Example of how to do it: 4. Save the file, and import it 5. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ControlPanel\NameSpace 6. Create a folder with your GUID wrapped in {}, like so: {32c0a473-9121-46f0-8707-042cf68fffbc} (replace the GUID with your own one) 7. Enjoy

I think it is functional, as the actual files for it are still there, but i didn't test it beyond opening it

Update: I tested it, and it does work for adding new languages, as well as removing them

But, using only these doesn't work even in 1809, so i recommend you to download 1803 yourself, and experiment for yourself.
