Making NVIDIA apps use native titlebar

1. Locate the exe file of the app you want to apply

2. Find a json file that has the same name as the exe

3. Open it with any text editor

4. Find nv-custom-black-window=true, and change true to false

5. Save it and start the app

Tested with GeForce Experience and GeForce NOW.
