[Now Broken] Get back Steam's old UI on current version

Steam deleted the option in the latest updates 
You might probably know about this, but if you launch a modern Steam client with -vgui argument, it will revert the stupid web browser UI update and revert to VGUI. Though you should note that other stuff like the library is still web based.
It might be removed sooner or later, so enjoy it while it lasts.
