So I made my windows 10 looks like windows longhorn build 3683 but there is one thing that I need longhorn plex sidebar

Also sidebar exist in windows longhorn 3683 because it is not by default

You need to right click on the taskbar, click the "Properties" option and click the checkbox labeled "Enable Sidebar" and click ok.

he meant how to get the sidebar from longhorn
not changing the taskbar settings
