Is your locale en-go because my file is a modifies en-gb file I'm using en-US, and it happened after I tried restoring the Windows 7 style links Then you have to modify the shell32.dll.mui using resource hacker and use the find utility and find system and security to find the categories and replace them with windows 7 category names. Also my file is not modified from the links file that Brawllux has. I will create a new version with the links also

This is what happens when you don't tread the instructions and do not copy shell7 dll included to system32 and shell7 dll mui to system32/en-US. I would love to start ranting like you right now but I think it's not necessary.

And importing the .res file doesn’t work either so can you provide an edited version of shell32.dll.mun

My last edits :
Remake Removed options from windows region and clock control panel (intl.cpl) (make sure that you have windows 7 input cpl (7nput.dll and 7nput.dll.mui) files and placed them in the right pathes)
Restore Sud.dll default programs page (I updated link texts and I changed the assoc page description text)

Remake Removed options from windows region and clock control panel (intl.cpl) v1.1.2 (make sure that you have windows 7 input cpl (7nput.dll and 7nput.dll.mui) files and placed them in the right pathes)
Remake of classic Home Location dialog of windows region and clock control panel (intl.cpl) v1.3.1
Restore Sud.dll default programs page (I updated link texts) Would be nice if that remake used the Windows 7 Aero icon (would prolly not be that hard to reshack it to that icon tho)

for some reasons I unable to get installed windows languages information programmatically, that is why I could not implement "change display language or download and install languages" features in my app, I can not understand how windows store installed languages information in windows registry and either I do not know how to use a powershell instance command's output in .net I could used it as a workaround, sorry I am not a experienced windows (.net) app developer , I am cross platform mobile app developer using flutter and dart language and I am not pro in windows app programming stuff
