For me it only works with en-US locale and with windows 11. In windows 10 it has the same problem, error sound but no visible error. If this gets fixed I will surely add this on the next update. what about Remake Removed options from windows region and clock control panel (intl.cpl) does it work for you ? do you have plan to add this either ?

But according to the feedback I got from some people they much prefer to have all options in one place, aka a complete replacement of intl.cpl. Is that possible?

Is that possible? it is hard and takes to much time , even Microsoft did not completely re-implement these options in their new Immersive Control Panel (Settings App) and that is why they did not remove this control panel completely , I can only add a tab for regional format and administrative region and langugae settings and place references there to open their settings tab in original intl.cpl

In modern Windows, some legacy applets like Windows 8 Action Center CPL, Windows 8 themecpl and Windows 7 intl.cpl will work with dui71.dll trick?

Is it possible to restore the avatar selection menu from Windows 7 and Vista? No It's a shame, it really would have been a big discovery.

It'll be released when it's ready. Rushing the author for an release will do nothing good.

Brawllux, please release CPL Restoration v4.0! Please follow the rules posting! just wait for it. DUI is undocumented, so it takes a while to finish a page that works, but is missing some features like usercpl. it doesn't make sense to ask for v4.0 for the 5th time. also there is new stuff popping up, like the cardspace service working on windows 10, so brawlux will want to add those (if they actually works of course)
