I have a PC at home where I use it to record footage for my Wii U for games like Pikmin 3 and Splatoon 1. I am getting a lil bored of the Aero theme and wanna give it a Windows 95 Look, any tips?

Set classic theme in Personalization then download OpenShell and set the classic skin (and recomended to download windows 95 skin) and if it will work you can use ClassicLogonShell

Set classic theme in Personalization then download OpenShell and set the classic skin (and recomended to download windows 95 skin) and if it will work you can use ClassicLogonShell Yeah ik about those, but what about explorer? |

I am not familiar with epxplorer tweaks so the only thing that i can recommend is disable the left toolbar and install explorer patcher and winaero tweaker
