After scouring the internet for a while, I was able to come across a forum that provided me with the link to Glass8 Ultimate Edition. Since the program is now deadware, and you can no longer donate to remove the watermark, I thought I'd share the file here.
If you want a Windows 7 theme without the glass8.eu watermark, the file for 1.5.13.1612 Ultimate is attached via the mega.nz link i discovered it in. Thank you to the folks who were able to discover this before me.

Great tool however it doesn't apply to BasicThemer5 for me, any tips?

1.5.13 version only works 1703-1909!
