Editing shellstyle.dll for windows 98 explorer look (win 7)

Hello,

I'm a windows 7 user,

I have edited shellstyle.dll and removed the menu bar, I'm very happy with that.

Can you please tell me where to look to get back this tab on explorer on windows 7:

(I mean the back, forward, up etc..)
