Porting an Longhorn Hillel 7 theme to Windows 8.x

Since I saw that Hillel theme and I'm fan of PDC 03 design, I decided to attempt to port that theme and tried all methods to port it but didn't work. And doing from scratch makes harder for me alone. It's not fun to port it alone.
