I have gotten a near identical Windows 7 theme using WindowBlinds with the Aero7XReset skin, along with manually changing the icons of the .mun files and Open Shell. I have no idea why the sound icon is showing up as the 10 version, probably cache.

Btw no, the weather's info is not my actual location. I just live close to there, so it automatically selected that one.

along with manually changing the icons of the .mun files and Open Shell. How did you know if you can replace taskbar icons in 10 22H2? For me, it was so impossible to replace that, even CustomizerGod.

CustomizerGod cannot load them because it is still trying to read the .dll file, when the contents of the .dlls have been moved to a .mun file in C:\Windows\SystemResources.

CustomizerGod cannot load them because it is still trying to read the .dll file, when the contents of the .dlls have been moved to a .mun file in C:\Windows\SystemResources. So what I see, ResourceHacker is alternative way to read and customize .dll and .mun file like replacing icons. But I recommend to make backups before replacing it.

Resource Hacker makes backups, but I usually copy the files to a location in my Documents folder.

I really don't know how. I am on 22H2, I have WB and I downloaded Aero7XReset skin from DeviantArt (I assume you are talking about that one), and I just cannot acheive that level of transparency. Even playing with sliders gets me nowhere. there seems to be fixed level of blur and transparency, and other than that, only full transparency without any blur is possible (when you move the slider all the way to the left)
(Edit: apologies, "force non acrylic blur on later Window 10 versions") does the trick
