The problem: newest Windows 10 version has too much blur compared to how Aero looked like on Windows 7, whether using the acrylic or using non acrylic blur
The solution: using the Windhawk mod called "Acrylic Effect Radius Changer", Aero can be recreated faithfully by using lower blur radius (I have found blur radius of 3 to give satisfying result)
This is how it looks in my case: (this WB theme I am using is not really most accurate one, but that is beside the point)
So, yeah, I am putting this out here and hope people will find this information helpful

Windowblinds literally has the option to use aero instead of acrylic in windows 10. It has, if you are referring to "force non acrylic blur on later Windows 10 versions", and I have found even that has too much blur compared to the amount of blur in Windows 7 (I don't know why)
I even did the comparison between those.
This is the image from Wikipedia (real W7):
This is the WindowBlinds with "force non acrylic blur on later Windows 10 versions" enabled:
And this is using acrylic with decreased blur radius:

Then reduce the opacity of titlebar, simple. It will reduce the amount of blur.

Believe me, I tried. It makes it more transparent, but blur radius stays the same. In fact, in that screenshot in the middle, transparency slider is set almost all the way to the left, the only remaining option is fully to the left, which makes it turn fully transparent (0 blur radius, 100% transparency)

If you don't need Windows Blind for the Aero effect, you can use a .msstyle, without using WindowsBlinds.

You shouldn't be using WindowBlinds, I prefer SecureUXTheme, DWMBlurGlass with vaporvance's Aero10 theme, and the uDWM.dll patch, it's miles better than WindowBlinds

And also, since DWMBlurGlass is out that replicates Aero better than anything we've had since Glass8, resorting to this is not necessary anymore
