Royal Noir no separators and other things on Windows 10

This is how the theme is presenting on my Windows 10 x64 2H22 system

ignore the hard drive bars, I've removed them with this fix

This is how I would want it to look (screenshot is from Saturn's post)

for now I would like to know how to:

• show the separators in the toolbar
  
• stop icon highlight when mouse is over them
• (not noticeable in the screenshot) how to make context menus like XP

(Left panel would be nice too but I don't understand if I can realistically install FindeXer on my machine)

- OpenShell/ClassicExplorer 4.4.191
- 7stp with XP icons
- ExplorerPatcher
- RetroBar
- ClientEdge.ahk + Toolbar borders.ahk
- Quero Toolbar
- Window Metrics and Colors (Royal Noir.reg)
- RoyalNoir I'm using is this provided by Travis in this thread
