Windows 10 21H2 to Windows 8.1

After accidentally breaking my old Windows 10 installation's system files barely beyond repair, I decided to reinstall Windows 10 since I had no other option. This is my current Windows installation. It runs Windows 10 21H2. I am trying to replicate Windows 8.1's look since there's no good Aero Glass themes for Windows 10 versions newer than 1909 other than a WindowBlinds 11 theme (which lags my PC just enough for it to be annoying.) It is currently a work in progress, so I would appreciate any feedback.



So uh, I used StartIsBack++ for the Start Menu and the visual taskbar customization along with 7+ Taskbar Tweaker for the taskbar icon size.
