Windows 8.1 ThemeCPL in 21H2 LTSC

You know normally when you try to replace themecpl with 8.1 version the page will crash. If you also replace themeui.dll with 8.1 or 1607 versions you can get 8.1 themecpl page to render,although you will need to do dui71 trick to stop most of the crashing. My proofs are attached below the post.

With 8.1 themeui the page will crash without doing anything,with 1607 themeui.dll your theme will change and then the page will crash explorer. Still you can fix the redirections in the bottom left by editing the dll in Ghidra or IDA Pro,so 8.1 page is useless,just a fun experiment.
