OldNewExplorer achieves details pane on bottom by redirecting UIFILEs from shell32.dll to its own. I ripped these UIFILEs from OldNewExplorer's DLL, and made a res file you can apply to your own shell32.dll.mun. Apply this to your shell32.dll.mun via Resource Hacker, and make sure that you check all of them and select "Override". Once you apply this, the details pane should automatically appear. If it doesn't, enable it through the Organize > Layout menu for command bar, or the Panes section on the View tab for ribbon. To disable the status bar, open the Folder Options dialog, navigate to the View tab, and uncheck Show status bar. Here's what it looks like in action:
