{original post} haii hai this is my first time postin on Any forum Ever the taskbar is retrobar usin the vista aero theme !! the gneral theme is windowblinds 11 with betteraerovistax (although id really liek 2 move offa windowblinds caus it isnt really Good... aero window manager looks exciting..) the icons r a 7tsp pack and im not exactly where i got it from but i Do have a gdrive link.... if ure the creator of these hitme up !! so i can Credit U explorer is a mix of oldnewexplorer, explorerpatcher, and open shell classic explorer !!
and lastly the sidebar is pulled straight from vista ...

You should use some windhawk mods like aerexplorer. It will fix the navigation pane padding and can even make it look more like vista. It should also let you use syslist32view in explorer like vista and should fix your navbar stuff positioning. When you install it make sure to disable address bar shrinking since 1904X.3758 and later already has shrunk height. You can also import vista branding images to make it more consistent. Cheers!

other than that itz awesome :]

Oh Well (o yea the address bar didnt change 'cause im on the most recent build)

Matching Vista 10 setups!!
Also having the same troubles you're encountering with Aerexplorer and the nav arrow images
I tried turning off all the Explorer UI stuff in OldNewExplorer/ExplorerPatcher to no luck with that bug :<

Niice! Could I ask what method you used to add in WMP11?
I changed over to aero10 + dwmglass a few days ago too! Still have to figure out how to do the uDWM thing of shrinking the caption buttons to their Vista size.
EDIT: Also if you're curious, there's a way to change the Favorite Links pane contents via the shellstyle.dll file. :>

oh !! i found it off some youtube tutorial , unfortunately it barely works tho .. mostly just for lookin also ty ty for the tip .. Also !! newer versions of dwmblurglass come with a setting to change the caption shape and sizes to the windows 7 size .. not entirely accurate to vista but close enough for me , and it crashes a whole lot less too :]

Yee, i've been using the same feature in DWMBlurGlass too! It's pretty much good enough, I'm just chasing after that 100% accuracy mark as much as I can! Sadly can't make sense of the manual way of editing DWM values quite yet. Messing around with a redo of my Vistafy setup in LTSC right now, will have to test out how WMP11 goes and if any registry weirdness could get it working better :>

I bet it's Vistalike for Open-Shell My bet's on StartIsBack. OpenShell (plus RetroBar) would have overlap on the start orb, plus only StartIsBack attaches same-process taskbar buttons like that.
